The Phoenix concert looks like it took place on Dec. 18th 1979, so I've updated this concert to reflect that date.

Styx played in Jacksonville, Florida, on this date, March 12, 1979, not Phoenix. It was a rescheduled show, from a January 19th postponement, due to a DDY illness. The Babys were the opening act that night. I have my ticket stub, but it says January 19, 1979, of course.

I am not sure how to get this corrected, but I'm going to try to find out.

Great show, Styx opened with "The Grand Illusion" as flashpots light up the stage front. Very rockin show, with great guitar workouts from Tommy Shaw and J.Y. Young, and Dennis DeYoung was a great frontman and his vocals were spot on. Angel opened, who at one time people thought would rival KISS but it never happened for them, All in white, including the stage amps, they went over good, had some good tunes but they never made it big.

This date is not listed anywhere, and my stub is torn so I can't see the date, but I'm damn sure I was there but the date is unclear.
