Almeyda is a project that emerged in 2005, after the experience of living the mutek festival held in Mexico City. Since then, Almeida has been constantly working on the experimentation of sound and rythim. As an integral part of his production he has been working on the production of other side projects, like Songs for Eleonor with Karen Ruiz, and Sonido Trucha a more latin based sound. He has played twice at Mutek Festival in Mexico, as well as in SXSW in Austin Texas.
