Awakened is an Australian metalcore band formed in 2013 in Sydney, with screamer Kane Love, lead guitarist and backing vocalist Anthony Wilson, rhythm guitarist Trent Lemonius, bassist and clean vocalist Mark Loudon and drummer James Wilson. They released their debut song, "Shadow Stalkers", a few months after their formation. In July 2014, they released 2 other songs : "Closing the Door", and a cover of Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball", featuring Emma Mather of the band In Three 2 One.
