From Appalachia to the Adirondacks, this Boston-based trio brought their special brand of pastoral punk to college radio audiences in the late 80's / early 90's. The sound was something akin to The Jam meeting Big Country. Their live sets were sessions of fun chaos and spontaneity. Frontman Matthew Pelletier's shock of curly hair shooting out of his vintage cap made him look like Mick Hucknall's brattier and way cooler younger brother (and his tossing around of his various Telecasters made him come off as an accidental Pete Townshend).
