Black Cassette started with Sjoerd Bruil recording music on his 4track cassette machine surrounded by mice and coffee in an attic room in Antwerp, Belgium. After three years, Sjoerd has decided to let some of these songs slip through security and throw them in the ether. Sjoerd has lived in Hengelo, The Hague and Utrecht (all in the Netherlands) but decidedly moved down to Antwerp (Belgium) and is planning to stick around for a while to steal other people's riffs, turn them inside out and walk down its dodgy streets at night.
