Bryan Dubay is an artist born in Bangor, Maine. His style of writing came from heavy influences of Elliott Smith, Mars Volta, M. Ward, and some early punk rock bands. Bryan started writing when he was very young and ended up in a couple punk bands. He really came out of his shell when 'The Outcry' was formed and he was forced to sing as well as scream. The riffs were mathy and hard like hella, and sometimes soft and sweeping like sigur ros. Now that Bryan is solo his style has grown into a more folk acoustic feel.
