Originally formed at Berklee College of Music, the individual members of the band met over their share of vast influences from a variety of musical genres as well as a spectrum of metal sub-genres. As the group developed into seeking a professional career, the goals of Chronologist became to creates soundscapes that range from consonant and uplifting to crunchy, dissonant, and downright grungy.
