Dero Goi is the frontman, vocalist, lyricist and drummer of the Neue Deutsche Härte band OOMPH! He was born in Wolfsburg, Niedersachsen, Germany on 16 April 1970. Dero and bandmate Andreas Crap grew up in the same tenement housing and they had a similar interest in music, and played and made their own instruments in grade school. They formed their first band at the age of 15. In 1989, they met current guitarist Robert Flux and formed OOMPH! OOMPH!...
