Fiona McDonald (born 1965) is a New Zealand singer and television host. She is perhaps best known for being the lead singer of the band Headless Chickens in the early 1990s and for being one of the judges for the first season of New Zealand Idol in 2004. In addition she was a singer and one of the songwriters for Strawpeople. She launched her solo career with the album A Different Hunger in 1999. In December 2008 she performed at Sydney festival Homebake as part of a special reunion of Headless Chickens.
