Dutch lyricist, actor and musician, performing mostly in theatres across The Netherlands. Van Deursen published a few music albums, amongst which Scherven van een leeggedronken nacht (with translations from Tom Waits originals), Motel Coyote (original songs about a road trip through the United States of America) and an album with new musical compositions based on poems by dutch poet Leo Vroman: 'De Vogel in Mijn Borst'. For the latter he asked other composers to select a poet they found inspiring to compose music for.
