Giant Clam are an instrumental post-rock band from naarm/Melbourne. Formed in 2015 by Jake McPherson after he discontinued his solo project 'Space Cadet', the group then spent 7 years writing, rehearsing, producing and recording their self-produced, engineered and released debut album Hemisphere of Shit. By their own admission, this album is 'cursed', due to how long it took to record and how many setbacks they experienced.
