Originally into punk rock, Nuremberg, Germany's GLOBAL got in Touch with Jungle/Drum and Bass early in 1996. After hearing The Prodigy and an old Happy Hardcore-tape, he started going to parties and was eventually infected by the rhythm, drive and energy of "broken beats".
