~ I started Gyoza back in 2007 when I discovered I could record music in my basement in Beavercreek, Ohio. Since then, a lot has changed. There was kind of a big food theme at first (i.e. the band name, the 1st song "TV Dinner") but the music was still pretty experimental. Now I've moved the project into a more serious manner, dropping the humour but keeping the name.
