Terbentuk di Jakarta, Indonesia pada tanggal 30 Januari 2009 , berawal dari sebuah acara di kediaman Belanegara Abimanyu (Abe). Febrian Nindyo (Febri), Prawidhana Respati (Idhan), dan Ilham Aditama (Ilham) bermain musik bersama sama untuk meramaikan suasana acara malam itu. Lalu timbul keinginan mereka untuk membentuk sebuah grup bernuansa pop yang dibalut dengan nuansa musik yg gembira.
