Jane Tyrrell is an Australian singer-songwriter, originally from Newcastle, New South Wales but now residing in Melbourne. Tyrrell first came to attention when she joined Sydney-based hip-hop collective The Herd in 2007 as a permanent member after featuring as a guest on the band's album The Sun Never Sets in 2005. Outside of The Herd, she has been a frequent collaborator with fellow Herd member Urthboy, with whom she often tours and appears on his solo albums.
