Jean Caffeine is an American singer-songwriter, drummer and guitarist born Jean Leider in New York City. Raised largely in San Francisco, ahe became involved in the city’s early punk scene as a member of The Urge before moving to New York City, where she played drums with the large percussion-based no-wave group Pulsallama.
