Joseph "Joe" Payne was born in Tampa, Florida in 1984. He is a heavy metal bassist and guitarist. Joe Payne currently plays bass in the metal band Divine Heresy along with Fear Factory guitarist Dino Cazares, ex-Vital Remains and Hate Eternal drummer Tim Yeung. He currently plays lead guitar and does occasional vocals for the band Pain After Death.
