Best known thus far as a member of and The Prefab Messiahs and Abunai! , Kris Thompson has been in a sizable number of experimental, psychedelic, and garage rock bands -- starting as a teenage bassist in The Prefab Messiahs, up through current projects such as Astral Chill and Twilight Tipi (in which he plays theremin and keyboards). He's also played with The Flying Spiders (a group fronted by underground psych hero Bobb Trimble), and with Magic Shoppe.
