Born and based in Melbourne, Nick Martyn (Las Mar) has spent a lifetime creating, absorbing and experimenting with sound. Becoming a pro drummer at age 18 he toured the world playing jazz, world, soul and rock music with bands headlining festivals and tinkering in experimental basement jams alike.
