Latent Dream was a trio from Rockford, IL that formed in the summer of 2005 by three former members of The Sound. The members included Henry Vander Vennet on guitar and vocals, Derek Messink on bass and vocals, and Chris Hessian on drums. After performing a number of shows (some of which were recorded) in the Rockford area, they disbanded after only one year.
