Maddie Ross grew up in Marin County, CA. She was accepted into USC's Popular Music Program for university, and moved to Los Angeles at age 17 to attend. Her first EP, Television Is My Friend, was released in May 2014. In August 2016, she released her sophomore EP, Making Out Is Easy under her producer/co-writer/collaborator's independent label, Sentimental Records.
