1) The virtual character Max Headroom was front man in the song Paranoimia by the Art of Noise. He originally appeared in a British movie about a reporter who sticks his nose too far into his network's business (Network 23) when people start dying of subliminal burst-fed advertising. During the escape from the network building, the reporter, one Edison Carter (as played by Matt Frewer ) knocks his head into a parking garage gate while trying to get out on a small motorcycle.
