She grew up on Denman Island, a small Island in the strait of Georgia, also known as the most beautiful place on earth. She used to play acoustic guitar and sing, then she became bored shitless of playing exclusively in coffee shops and having people sit quietly drinking chamomile tea and not talking during her set.
