Moratory was formed in Saint-Petersburg (Russia) in winter 2011, influenced by swedish d-beat and american thrash metal, with death/black metal and crust references. Their first musical steps were made at local venues and nearest illegal festivals. Their political/social lyrics and uncompromising music found resonance in Russian undeground scene. After releasing debut album “Confrontation” in 2017 the band started to spread their sound among the European metalpunk community.
