Nuclear Tomb is an American progressive death metal and technical thrash metal band formed in Baltimore, Maryland, in 2011. Defining their sound as "weirdo thrash," the group plays a hostile, off-kilter style of extreme metal characterized by dissonant structures, start-stop syncopation, and frequent tempo changes. They draw significant structural inspiration from late 1980s and early 1990s old school death metal alongside the technicality of acts like Voivod, Sadus, and Obliveon.
