Orange Skyline is afkomstig uit Groningen, al is dat aan hun Britpop-sound niet terug te horen. De groep is op het door JB Meijers geproduceerde, titelloze tweede album de indie-rock ’n roll band die ze altijd al in zich hadden. ‘Iedere indieband gaat met zijn tweede plaat elektronisch,’ zegt zanger/gitarist Stefan van der Wielen met een grijns. ‘Wij doen het net andersom.’ Op het nieuwe werk weet de groep onverminderd een herkenbaar, catchy geluid neer te zetten.
