Poundaflesh were created in the fall of 2000 by Shaun & Mark. Rich joined on Bass & was soon to be followed by Flipper on drums. After an initial rehearsal it was decided that a different drummer was needed, as Flipper couldn't actually play drums! So Flipper moved to Guitar & Pug was drafted in on drums. This line-up continued for around 6 months.
