Taylor Goldsmith (born Taylor Zachary Goldsmith in Los Angeles, CA, on 16 August 1985 ) is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist, and record producer (and the son of Lenny Goldsmith who toured as the lead singer of Tower of Power in the 1980s). He serves as the lead singer, guitarist, and chief songwriter of American folk-rock band Dawes (since 2009), plus he is a member of Middle Brother (since 2010), and The New Basement Tapes (since 2014).
