The Anniversary is an indie rock band formed in 1997 in Lawrence, Kansas. The band released two full length albums: "Your Majesty and "Designing a Nervous Breakdown" as well as a number of EPs before disbanding in 2004. In late 2016, the band kicked off a reunion tour that lasted until the following year. The Anniversary split up again but have since reunited for several one-off shows and short tours, including in February 2025 when they toured for The Get Up Kids
