UK-based electropop band formed by three former Psychic TV members - Andy Chatterley (Yum Yum), Richard Norris (The Grid) and Matthew Best (aka DJ Global) - who got together via a now defunct web site called twentythree.co.uk (not the fish and chips site currently at that address). They were joined by singer Natalie Casey and producer John Taylor on keyboards. Andy and Richard also run God Made Me Hardcore Records.
