ZWARTEWATER is a Dutch rap / hip hop crew from Zwolle, The Netherlands, comprising MC's Frodeau and Goudi and producer / beat maker, Milan. They represent the instantly recognizable dark hip hop sound of Zwolle. 'Ren Maar' was their first track to get a release in April 2023. Debut EP, Buitenstaanders, followed in June of the same year. As of April 2026 they have put out five EPs in total.
