 fpatrickb Queensryche opened in support of its self-titled EP with a peek at initial tracks from The Warning. They were on-brand, playing complicated songs with tight dexterity. The sound was clear and clean, which I came to expect when seeing them live anywhere. They were dressed in very progressive outfits, but that helped frame their sound. TS was solid. Straight-ahead R&R, showing their experience playing the songs that made them famous. Anyone who watched will remember the extra "entertainment," courtesy of two dancers who dropped into the show from the nearby "club." As the song goes: "It's only Rock and Roll."
