Acey68 Review From Jambase Gov’t Mule Collaborate with Joe Bonamassa, Nod to Jerry Garcia The next night, the two acts co-headlined an evening at Gilford, NH’s Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion at Meadowbrook. With the show falling on August 1, Garcia’s birthday, Gov’t Mule put together a multi-song tribute to the Grateful Dead guitarist partway through their concert. The sequence kicked off with “Patchwork Quilt,” the original Garcia tribute Haynes recorded with Phil Lesh & Friends for 2002’s There & Back Again album. Immediately after, Haynes pulled out Garcia’s famed Wolf guitar and used it on two classic Dead songs, “Dark Star”—the first time he has played the number with Gov’t Mule since August 9, 2022—and “Fire on the Mountain,” which the Mule had not played since February 17, 2024. (Earlier in the night, the Mule also revived “Steppin’ Lightly” for the first time since May 18, 2023.) Bonamassa and his B3 organ player Lachy Doley then emerged for Ann Peebles’ “I Feel Like Breaking Up Somebody’s Home Tonight.” Gov't Mule / Joe Bonamassa Aug 03, 2026

Georges A. Gauthier Sofia Isella Holy shit. Stage presence pouring forth like effluent from a sewer. She was filthy and attractive and powerful and I don’t know what? I liked her music, her drama, her feminism, her whole weird and lovely package Osheaga 2026 (Day 3 of 3) Aug 03, 2026
Georges A. Gauthier Amble I saw them in their natural habitat a week before at Newport in a small tent. Now they are centre stage at a younger festival 6X the size. Ironically I was able to get much closer because of the size of the site. They were, remarkably, even better this time. Osheaga 2026 (Day 3 of 3) Aug 03, 2026
Roger Baker My late mother got to see Billy with us at this concert. She had been introduced to Billy's music back in 1979 when My Life was the theme song to the TV show Bosom Buddies which starred a young Tom Hanks. Billy Joel Aug 03, 2026
Roger Baker Billy Joel and his band and many fans saw a recent documentary about Led Zeppelin on VH1 so the band went through about half a dozen Led Zeppelin tunes on stage as a joke and it was hilarious. Great and cool but holarious Billy Joel Aug 03, 2026
